Send a material list or itemised request you received recently. Within 1 working day I return it as a quote draft: for every line you see which product I matched and which line needs a check. Add your price list and the total is ready too.

Feel free to black out customer names and addresses, pricing does not need them. I use the list only for the trial quote and delete it after 30 days.

What you get back

  • An itemised quote draft in Excel (CSV) and PDF.
  • For every line the suggested product and how certain the match is.
  • Uncertain lines marked separately, so nothing slips through unchecked.
  • With a price list: unit prices, line totals and the grand total.

If the draft is useful, the Starter plan gets you every list back like this for £99 a month ($129 in the US), with no setup fee and no minimum term. If you would rather I load your whole catalogue and up to 3 supplier price lists for you, Quick start is a one-off £449 ($579). If not, there is nothing else to do. I will not call you and I will not send newsletters.

Is it really free?

Yes. The first trial quote is free with no commitment. No card, no sign-up.

Which format should I send?

As you received it from the customer: PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, email text or even a phone photo. Lines read from a photo are checked separately.

Do I need to send a price list?

No. Without a price list you get the itemised draft with suggested products and quantities. With your price list or catalogue, also unit prices and the total.

What if the file is over 5 MB?

Email it to info@teteliv.hu; the 1 working day promise still applies.

What happens to the data?

I use the list only to prepare the trial quote, never sell it to third parties, and delete it after 30 days.
