USE YOUR OWN NUMBERS
The calculator starts with the difference between manual and assisted preparation. It counts only the portion you believe can create real financial value.
A decision aid, not a savings promise. Uncertain or unused time is not treated as guaranteed revenue.
Monthly capacity freed = monthly requests × (manual minutes − assisted minutes) ÷ 60.
Estimated monthly financial benefit = freed hours × fully loaded hourly cost × financially useful share.
Monthly net benefit in year one = estimated monthly benefit − monthly fee − (one-off fee ÷ 12). Starter and Team have no one-off fee; for the full rollout it is spread over the first 12 months.
Monthly cost in year one · any one-off fee spread over 12 months£349
With these assumptions, the estimated benefit covers the monthly cost in year one.
Monthly cost in year one: £349. This estimate uses your 50% realisation assumption; it is not guaranteed savings.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT
You do not need every answer yet. These three questions show which plan fits and whether your data is ready.

TÉTELÍV TRADE SUITE
For parts and trade merchants: quotes, orders, invoices, purchase invoices and packing all run on the same catalogue. Trade customers order at their own prices through a trade portal. I only call a connection to an outside system (accounting, invoicing or a supplier API) proven once it works with your own access and your own data. Prices and invoices work in pounds, US dollars, euro and forint, with UK, Irish, US and Hungarian VAT rates. Outside Hungary the system prepares the invoice as a PDF with your own numbering, and you issue it from your accounting system; it is never sent to a tax authority on its own.
A part number master in the millions, with cross-references and superseded numbers. I find a part number with or without spaces and dashes.
Ask about it ↗02Prices, stock and lead times from several suppliers, by upload or scheduled download, every price with its timestamp.
Ask about it ↗03XML (including UBL), CSV or PDF purchase invoices matched to your catalogue, price changes flagged, stock booked in after approval.
Ask about it ↗04Orders from quotes, the trade portal or the web search. Invoice drafts; a real invoice is only issued by an authorised colleague, one at a time.
Ask about it ↗05A label for every parcel; scanning the QR code moves the parcel and the order to the next status.
Ask about it ↗06Trade customers search and order at their own prices; on a search page you link to from your website, visitors see the price and a stock band, and can send an order request.
Ask about it ↗OEM part number master, supplier prices and margin rules, orders, invoicing and purchase invoices, QR package labels and an internal overview.
Ask about Trade Core ↗£209 a month, excl. VATEvery module, including the trade customer portal and the public web part search page.
Ask about Trade Complete ↗Each module can also be chosen on its own, monthly, excluding VAT: OEM part number master £79, supplier prices and margin rules £69, orders, invoicing and purchase invoices £45, QR package labels £19, trade customer portal £69, public web part search £35. Bought together with a quote plan (Starter, Team or monthly operation), 10% comes off the sum: for example Team and Trade Complete together come to £502.20 a month. Prices are in pounds sterling, or US dollars for customers in the United States. Ask me about the Trade Suite ↗
PLANS AND PRICING
I price your first material list free, with no obligation. If it works for you, on Starter you email me your lists; on Team your people work in their own workspace. If drafts should flow straight into your business system, there is the full rollout.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Paying annually gives you 12 months for the price of 10. Prices are in pounds sterling, or US dollars for customers in the United States. The first monthly limit reached applies, and there are no automatic overage charges: I let you know first and you decide whether to continue.
A material list is one customer request, for example a PDF, a spreadsheet or a list pasted into an email. A line item is one product on that list, with its quantity. Starter covers up to 20 lists and 2,000 line items a month in total; Team covers 200 requests and 6,000 line items.
In the paid pilot (£750) I run 100 sample requests, up to 2,000 line items with one product catalogue and one price source, to measure whether it really helps your process. If you decide to continue, the remaining £2,200 completes the rollout, £2,950 in total. On a 24-month term you can start with no one-off fee; the monthly fee is then 20% higher. Monthly operation is charged only from the agreed go-live, once the process and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
I confirm your order personally by email within 1 working day and tell you where to send your lists and your price list. Nothing is charged before that confirmation, and you can cancel any month.
You regularly receive requests with multiple items, your team spends time searching and copying, and your product catalogue and valid prices are accessible. It works the same whether you are in Manchester, Dublin or Dallas: lists and drafts travel by email.
The first step is not a meeting: send one real material list and I return it as a quote draft within 1 working day, free. If the expected benefit does not justify the fee, I will tell you.
GUIDES
Tételív helps prepare quotation drafts from material lists using your own product catalogue and prices. Uncertain matches and missing information stay visible; every commercial quotation in the initial service requires human approval.

It can, but not all at once. You can start with your current system as the source of truth while Tételív runs quotes, orders and packing. Once invoicing and purchase invoices run here too, the old system can be retired. I suggest the order of steps from your data; the decision is yours.
Starter and Team need no integration: lists and drafts travel by email or through your workspace, whatever you run (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Epicor, Kerridge K8 or a spreadsheet). A direct system connection is part of the full rollout and is checked against your system version and data first.
Every commercial quotation in the initial service requires human approval. Uncertain product matches and missing prices stop the process.
The planned measurement period is 10 working days after a complete, usable sample package arrives. Integration and production launch are agreed separately.
