Tételív pricing: plans, free trial and full rollout
I price your first material list free of charge. After that, Starter costs £99 a month ($129 in the US) for up to 20 lists and 2,000 line items, and Team costs £349 a month ($449) for your own workspace with 3 users, 200 requests and 6,000 line items. Neither plan has a setup fee and both can be cancelled any month. Paying annually gives you 12 months for the price of 10. A full rollout connected to your business system is a one-off £2,950 ($3,790), then £890 or £1,390 a month ($1,190 or $1,790). The Trade Suite costs £139 or £209 a month as a bundle ($179 or $279).

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Starter and Team have no setup fee and can be cancelled any month. Paying annually gives you 12 months for the price of 10. US customers are billed in US dollars, everyone else in pounds sterling. These amounts come from the published Tételív plans.
Which plan suits you?
Starter: you receive a few multi-line material lists a week and do not want to learn a new tool. Forward the list by email; I build a quote draft from your own price list and product codes, flag the lines that need a decision and send it back within 1 working day.
Team: several colleagues quote, and everyone should work from the same catalogue and price list. Upload the list in your workspace, accept the ready lines, check the flagged ones and download the quote.
Full rollout: you handle hundreds of requests a month and the draft has to land straight in your business system, such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One or NetSuite. I start with a pilot and only carry on if the gain is measurable.
What counts as a list and a line item?
A material list, or request, is one customer enquiry: a PDF, a spreadsheet or a list pasted into an email. A line item is one product on that list with a quantity. An 80-line list is therefore 1 request but 80 line items. Both allowances apply, and whichever you reach first counts.
Going over an allowance never triggers an automatic extra charge. I let you know beforehand, and you decide whether to stay on your plan or move up from the next month. Look at an average month and a busy month before choosing.
Is it worth it? A fictional example
Say pricing a 40-line material list by hand takes 45 minutes and checking the finished draft takes 15. Each list frees 30 minutes, so 20 lists a month free 10 hours. At an internal cost of £30 an hour that is £300 of capacity, against the £99 Starter fee. Jobs won because you answered faster are not included.
Hours freed are not automatically cash saved. Work it through with your own figures in the ROI guide, which includes a positive and a negative example. The surest test is the free trial: one real list, priced from your own prices.
What happens after you order?
Click a plan and Anna, the Tételív assistant, records your order request. I confirm it personally within 1 working day and tell you where to send your lists and your price list. Recording the request takes no payment and starts nothing.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a setup fee on Starter or Team?
No. Both are monthly plans you can cancel any month. There is a one-off fee only if you want one: Quick start (loading your files) or the full rollout with a business-system connection.
How much is the annual price?
Paying annually gives you 12 months for the price of 10: Starter is £990 ($1,290) and Team £3,490 ($4,490) a year, excluding VAT where applicable.
What if more lists arrive in a month?
There is no automatic extra charge. I tell you before you reach the allowance, and you decide whether to move up.

Which currency will I pay in?
Customers in the United States pay in US dollars; everyone else pays in pounds sterling. Customers in Hungary can choose forints.
What does the Trade Suite cost?
Per module, a month: OEM part number master £79 ($109), supplier prices and margin rules £69 ($89), orders, invoicing and purchase invoices £45 ($59), QR package labels £19 ($25), trade customer portal £69 ($89), public web part search £35 ($45). As a bundle: Trade Core £139 ($179) or Trade Complete £209 ($279) a month. Bought together with Starter, Team or monthly operation, 10% comes off the sum: Team and Trade Complete together are £502.20 ($655.20) a month.
Can I start without a one-off fee?
Yes. On a 24-month term there is no setup fee; the monthly fee is then 20% higher.
